Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to to sanitary reasons. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at soothingsilhouette@yahoo.com within 72 hours. Your email should include your order number, description of the damage, and photos that display the damage. Your case will be reviewed, and if the  product is considered damage, we will provide a refund or replacement. In some cases, we may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. However, if the product is not considered to be damaged, you will not receive a replacement or refund. 

A damaged product refers to cracks or malfunctions with the wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed, or slight color differences, as these are handmade products and variations may occur.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

We not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please file a claim with the carrier for any information regarding your delivery.
